Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
Returns or exchanges are only applicable under the following conditions:

Damaged item upon arrival
All requests must be made within 14 days from the date the item is received.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Change of mind

Wrong size selection by customer

Clearance / sale items

Custom-made or personalised items

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
3. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

With original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase
Zifano reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.
4. Return & Exchange Process
To request a return or exchange:

Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

Our team will review the request within 2–3 working days.

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Items returned without prior approval will not be processed.
5. Return Shipping Fee

If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product), Zifano will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other approved cases, customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchange / Replacement

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested size or item is unavailable, Zifano may offer:

Store credit, or
-
Replacement with a similar item of equal value

7. Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Exchange or store credit will be processed within 3–5 working days.
8. Policy Updates
Zifano reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
