  • Delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, weather conditions, or force majeure are beyond our control.

  • Zifano shall not be held liable for any delivery delays once the parcel is handed over to the courier.

  • Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
