Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items require a production and processing period of 16–18 working days.

2. Shipping Coverage
Zifano currently ships to:

International shipping may be available upon request and is subject to additional charges.
3. Estimated Delivery Time (Malaysia)
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier service and location:

West Malaysia: 1–3 working days

East Malaysia: 3–7 working days
Delays during peak seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.
4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and parcel weight.

Shipping fees paid are non-refundable.

Any duties, taxes, or customs charges (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Courier Service
Orders are shipped via trusted third-party courier partners.
Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
Zifano shall not be held responsible for delays, lost parcels, or damages caused by courier services after the parcel has been handed over.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Any re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
7. Failed Delivery & Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned due to:

Unclaimed parcels
Customers will be required to pay the re-shipping fee for redelivery.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
Customers are advised to track their parcels directly through the courier.
9. Mixed Orders (Ready Stock + Pre-Order)

If an order contains both ready stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.

Customers who wish to receive ready stock items earlier are advised to place separate orders.
